I would definitely come back if I ever visit Cain. the hotel is in a marvelous location in the middle of Jackson. Plus, this property is really close to a valley surrounded by nature and hills, river, waterfall, and the mountains.

Hostal La Ruta was an ideal accommodation for my early morning start on the Ruta del Cares. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, complete with little touches like chocolates on the bed and complimentary bathroom supplies. The location was truly spectacular, with towering mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. The walk to the kiosk shops and enjoying a glass of vino with the mountain views was an unforgettable experience. The narrow road in may be challenging for nervous drivers, but it adds to the overall adventure. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

    Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

My stay at Hostal La Ruta was perfect. I stayed there for a few days on a hiking trip and found it to be the ideal base. The hotel is situated at the end of the Cares Gorge, offering stunning mountain views from the bar and terrace. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed, mountain views, and thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and chocolates. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The entire hotel was spotless and bright. I particularly appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and the cozy fire in the restaurant. The location was peaceful and serene, with the calming sound of the river nearby. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

    Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, acceptable food, inexpensive drinks, breathtaking location with towering mountains. The walk and little kiosk shops are mind-blowing. The narrow road adds a thrilling experience. It's an ideal starting point for the Ruta del Cares hike. The little touches like chocolates and bathroom packs were super. The peacefulness after the tourists have left is jaw-dropping. The effort put into providing great facilities and helping guests is commendable. Huge portion sizes, hot water, and bath salts made the stay extra special. Perfect spot to end the La Ruta del Cares trail.

I got great value for my money at this cozy hotel. The room was sparkling clean and had lovely touches like welcome chocolates and bath salts. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with towering mountains and charming kiosk shops. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. The owner and assistant manager went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic stay, from teaching me how to pour local Sidra to providing trail information for my hike. And to top it all off, the dinner prepared by Anthony was the best I've had in Spain!

The only small improvement I would suggest for breakfast is to have a wider selection on the menu. Everything else about my stay was wonderful, but perhaps a greater variety of breakfast options would make it even better.
